Based on market research, we work with you to determine:

  • The price/lease rate of the property
  • Turnaround time you would like to sell/lease the space versus getting the highest price possible for the property

Once we become familiar with your property, the market for your property, AND have agreed upon a price, we then go to market with the property.

Congratulations! You now have sold your property or leased your space! At the final step in the listing process, the buyer / tenant takes possession of the premise and you get paid!
